02. Executive Coaching 

We draw on our significant track record to coach established and emerging leaders to identify their purpose, thrive professionally and personally, and improve business performance. We act as external stimulators to the potential that leaders hold within them.

These sessions last a prearranged period of time (sometimes up to 1 year), and involved Assessment and Development Center exercises where people develop and against their carefully selected Individual Development Plans ( IDPs ) 


03. Leadership and Management Facilitation 

As a Visiting Professor at IIM, Bangalore and ISB, Hyderabad, and a guest faculty at GLIM, Ram has conducted several sessions for entire Management Teams.  The purpose of these session is to use tools and frameworks to refine a personal leadership purpose, in alignment with the purpose of the wider team and organisation. We develop leadership strategies for driving organisational change, thereby preparing for the future, while ensuring overall performance. 


04. CXO level Selection

Today's  Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment demands that organizations have agile CXOs at the senior levels to be able to guide their teams with a vision and clarity of purpose. We help Organizations to shortlist and hire CXO candidates after putting them through a rigorous selection process comprising of personality and psychometric tests and where necessary evaluating them against the organization's competencies framework so that the clients are able to hire the right candidate for the right job at the right time.
