Ram has been an Independent Director in a Plastic Marketing and Manufacturing Company since 2014 and has reviewed the Company's Strategy, Operations and Business Plans on an annual basis. The Company currently has a turnover of Rs 180 Crores in Annual Revenues and an employee strength of over 250 employees.

He is also an Advisor to the Managing Director of an Auto Component Company and reviews its operations on a monthly basis.
