Ram is a trained and qualified Executive Coach. He is a ICF Credentialed Executive Coach, lifetime Certified Coach in the Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centric Coaching Methodology, and was till recently, also an Associate Credentialed Coach (ACC)

He has coached a number of senior executives mainly comprising of Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, General Managers, Country Directors, Managing Directors, Business Unit Heads and Functional Heads across a variety of industry verticals. 

Ram brings the combination of his knowledge, skills and experience of over 30 years to Executive Coaching for his clients and has been widely recognized as an effective Coach who can make his Coachees see and realize the "Aha" moments during their Coaching journey.

Ram's coaching for various coachees is agnostic to any particular methodology he uses and is based purely on the client's needs and requirements. He uses a number of Psychometric tools like 360 degree feedback, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC Personality Profile, Hogan Leadership Instruments and Belbin Team building instruments during his Coaching assignments.
