About our Founder and CEO

The Founder and CEO of VEERCEE Associates, Mr. V Ramachandran, ( Ram, as he is often called ) brings you over three decades of Corporate Experience in many of the blue-chip companies of the world. Starting his career in BHEL, Ram has worked for a number of Indian Companies like Associated Capsules Group, Golden Tobacco Company, Coromandel Indag Group and the Murugappa Group. He has also worked for a number of MNCs like Texas Instruments, Motorola, Standard Chartered Bank, AT&T / NCR, SITA and Air Mauritius.

Ram has lived and worked in India, Singapore, London ( UK ) and Mauritius.

Ram has worked his way up in his career from being a Personel Officer in BHEL to being the Country HR Director for AT&T for India and Sri Lanka. He was the first Indian to be posted abroad by AT&T in 1995 when he was appointed as the Asia Pacific HR Director for AT&T / NCR located out of Singapore. He went on to join SITA, based out of London ( UK ) where he was the Global Head of HR for SITA for three of their four Business Units. He later worked for their Sales and Bid Management Team as a Team Member managing all their projects in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions across the globe. He returned to India as the Board Member for the Murugappa Group and finally returned to Motorola as their Asia Pacific HR Leader for HR Strategy and Operations.

He set up Veercee in 2010, an Independent Business, Strategy and Management Consultancy, Executive Coaching, and Designs Assessment and Development Centers for large corporations.
